- April 13,
2005: ZBA granted
request for a variance and SCRUB along with Wynnefield Heights and
Belmont Village appealed to the Court of Common Pleas. Oral argument
will be scheduled on or after June 5th, 2006.
- The public is encouraged to attend the Commonwealth Court hearing on March 5th, 2007 at 1:00 pm at the Widener Building,
9th Floor, 1339 Chestnut St. Remember to bring Photo ID.
