Case History
The Commonwealth Court ruled that Revere
failed to demonstrate a case of undue hardship
and that the proposed use would be contrary to
the public interest, thus reversing the judgment
of the Court of Common Pleas.
The Court of Common Pleas affirmed
the ruling of the ZBA which granted a variance.
Revere sought a variance
from the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the
erection of a large double-sided billboard. The
ZBA granted the proposed variance.
