Case History

  • The Commonwealth Court ruled that Revere failed to demonstrate a case of undue hardship and that the proposed use would be contrary to the public interest, thus reversing the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas.
     
  • The Court of Common Pleas affirmed the ruling of the ZBA which granted a variance.
     
  • Revere sought a variance from the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the erection of a large double-sided billboard. The ZBA granted the proposed variance.
