F-2201.3 Bond required for welding or cutting operations: Before a permit to perform welding or cutting operations is issued, as required under Section F-2201.2, the applicant for such permit shall file a bond or public liability and property damage insurance in such form, amount and coverage as determined by the Law Department of the City to be adequate in each case to indemnify the City against any damages arising from the permitted work.
