F-701.1.1 Location of persons with disabilities: A record
of the location of persons with disabilities who are employed or reside within a
building shall be maintained at the main desk.

F-702.2 Egress plan: A plan showing the occupant load,
seating diagram and location of exits and aisles leading thereto shall be
submitted to the Fire Department, and an approved copy shall be kept on the
premises.

F-702.5 Fire safety during conventions and exhibitions:
All conventions and exhibition events shall be conducted in accordance with the
regulations of this code.

F-703.3 Records: A record of all fire exit drills shall be
kept on the premises [and persons responsible for such occupancies shall file
written reports with the code official not less than twice a year]. Each report
shall contain the following information:
1. Time of day the drill was
conducted.
2. Date the drill was conducted.
3. Weather
conditions at the time of evacuation.
4. Number of occupants
evacuated.
5. Total time for evacuation.
6. Other information
relevant to the drill.

F-704.1 Evacuation plan: In occupancies in Use Group I-1 there
shall be in effect and available to all supervisory personnel written copies of
a plan for the protection of all persons in the event of a fire and, where
necessary, for evacuation to areas of refuge and from the structure. The plan
shall include special staff actions, including fire protection procedures
necessary to ensure the safety of any resident, and shall be amended or revised
upon admission of any resident with unusual needs. All employees shall be
periodically instructed and kept informed with respect to their duties and
responsibilities under the plan. Such instruction shall be reviewed by the staff
at least every two (2) months. A copy of the plan and a record of all employee
training shall be readily available at all times within the
facility.

F-705.1 Evacuation plan: In occupancies in Use Group I-2
there shall be in effect and available to all supervisory personnel written
copies of a Fire Department approved plan for the protection of all persons in
the event of a fire and, when necessary, for evacuation to areas of refuge and
from the structure. All employees shall be periodically instructed and kept
informed of their duties under the plan. A copy of the plan shall be readily
available at all times in the telephone operator's position or at the
security center.

F-705.4 Records: A record of all fire exit drills shall be
kept on the premises and [persons responsible for such occupancies shall file
written reports with the code official at least twice a year, citing] contain
the information indicated in Section F-703.3.
F-705.5 Employee training:
Employees shall be instructed in life safety procedures and devices. A record of
all employee training shall be kept on the premises.
F-705.6 Child care
facilities: Where child care facilities are not equipped with an automatic
sprinkler system throughout, all children less than 2-½ years of age shall
be kept on the first story above grade.

F-706.1 Emergency plan: In occupancies in Use Group I-3
there shall be in effect and provided to all supervisory personnel written
copies of a plan for the protection of all persons in the event of a fire and,
where necessary, for evacuation to areas of refuge and from the structure. All
employees shall be instructed and drilled with respect to their duties under the
plan. The plan shall be coordinated with and reviewed by the Fire
Department.

F-707.1 General: The owner or other person responsible for
buildings identified as high-rise buildings in the building code listed in
Chapter 44 shall be required to prepare and submit to the Fire Department for
review and approval a fire safety plan and evacuation procedure, including voice
alarm messages, in accordance with this section.
F-707.1.1 Inspection of
high-rise buildings: All high-rise buildings shall be inspected annually by the
code official for compliance with this code. The owner/manager and/or operator
shall pay an annual fee per square foot of building space for the
inspection.
Exception: Portions of buildings containing R-2 Use
Groups.
F-707.2 Fire safety plan: The fire safety plan shall be
distributed to the tenants and building service employees by the owner or agent.
Tenants shall distribute to their employees applicable parts of the fire safety
plan affecting the employees' actions in the event of a fire or other
emergency. In all R-1 Use Groups an evacuation procedure and floor diagram shall
be posted on the inside of each guest unit door which leads to a public
corridor.
