F-708.1 Evacuation plan and fire exit drills: The owners of all buildings occupied by Use Groups F and H and all buildings exceeding three (3) stories in height which contain Use Group B occupancies above the third floor shall prepare and distribute to all employees procedures to follow in the event of an emergency, including an evacuation plan. These Use Groups shall conduct fire exit drills two (2) times a year on each work shift.
