§9-207. Motor Vehicle Repairs. [352]
(1) Prohibitive Conduct. No person who owns, operates or
controls or who is employed in the business of repairing motor vehicles shall
use any portion of City sidewalks or streets for the repair of motor
vehicles.
(2) Exemptions. The provisions of this section shall not apply
to emergency road service performed more than 500 feet from premises used for
the repair of motor vehicles.
(3) Penalty. The penalty for violation of
this Section shall be a fine of fifty (50) dollars, plus costs.
