(1) All decisions of the Board shall be in writing, and
notice thereof shall be mailed to the applicant and his attorney of record and
to such other persons or attorneys who have properly entered an appearance in
the case. The decision shall be a public record.
(2) The Board shall
prepare an annual report to be sent to the Federal Insurance Administration of
all variances granted during the previous calendar year within areas subject to
flooding as provided in Section 14-1606, relating to Flood Plain Controls,
describing the conditions under which the variances were
granted.
