(1) It is the intent of this Chapter that the Standard Industrial Classification Manual (as defined in § 14-102(51)), Division D, "Manufacturing Industries," may be used to assist in the interpretation of the nature of the uses to be permitted in the various industrial districts where it is necessary to do so; provided, however, that where there is a difference between the language and intent of said Manual and this Chapter, the provisions of this Chapter shall control.
