(1) Each building in the Food Distribution Center shall be permitted one (1) sign on each street frontage, including free-standing signs, identifying the name, use or purpose of said building, which sign shall not exceed one hundred square feet limited to twenty feet in height.

(a) Outdoor advertising or non-accessory signs shall be prohibited.

(2) Permitted signs may be illuminated by interior lighting or lighting directed toward the sign, provided they do not create glare upon adjacent districts, but in no case shall signs be illuminated by flashing, animated, alternating or intermittent illuminations.

(3) Signs which revolve shall be prohibited.

(4) Roof signs shall be prohibited.
