Any person aggrieved by any finding, recommendation, proposal or other action implemented pursuant to this Chapter may file a grievance with the MBEC, which shall render a decision within twenty (20) days from the date the grievance is filed. The grievance shall be filed and determined in accordance with the procedures adopted pursuant to Section 17-504(2)(k). The decision of the MBEC may be appealed to the Director of Finance, who shall render a decision within twenty (20) days from the date the appeal is taken. The decision of the Director of Finance shall be final.
