CHAPTER 1 OFFICERS, DEPARTMENTS, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND OTHER AGENCIES
§3-103. Administrative Board.
The Administrative Board shall consist of the Mayor, who
shall be chairman thereof, the Managing Director, and the Director of
Finance.

Purposes: The Administrative Board will determine the policy
to govern administrative details of the City government. Therefore, the chief
administrative officers of the Mayor who will be concerned with the effective,
overall application of such policy, the Managing Director and the Director of
Finance, are made members of the Board.
