CHAPTER 2 CONTRACTS, PROCUREMENT, PROPERTY AND RECORDS
§8-203. Disposition of Unserviceable Personal Property.
Whenever any personal property of the City shall no
longer be of service to the City or to the officer, department, board or
commission of the City or any other governmental agency in whose possession it
is, it shall be the duty of the officer, department, board, commission or agency
to turn such property over to the Procurement Department for disposition.
"Unserviceable property" shall not include products manufactured, grown, or
raised by any department, board or commission, or by the inmates or patients of
any City institution, or timber, stone, minerals, or other materials taken from
any property of the City.
