§8-206. Effect of Physical Development Plan.
No public way, ground or open space, or building or
structure paid for in whole or in part with funds from the City Treasury, or of
a public utility for which a franchise is necessary from the City, shall be
developed, improved or constructed unless recommendations of the City Planning
Commission as to location and size pursuant to the Physical Development Plan
shall have been first requested and obtained. If the Commission fails to make
its recommendations within thirty days, its approval shall be
presumed.
