CHAPTER 5 PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT
§6-501. Property Records.
The Procurement Department shall compile and maintain
current and comprehensive records, by officers, departments, boards and
commissions of the City and other governmental agencies, of all real and
personal property of the City. Such records shall show the cost, serial numbers,
location, and such other information as the Director of Finance shall from time
to time direct.
ANNOTATION

Purposes: The Department is to maintain complete property
records so that there will be complete accountability for all property owned by
the City.
