Hallwatch is a great resource for anyone interested in Philadelphia Politics, it aspires to collect all potentially useful information about City Council under one roof, online and freely available to everyone.

Created by Ed Goppelt the site allows users to search City Council campaign finance reports, to look up pending legislation, and browse public hearing schedules. The site also contains a wealth of information about Philadelphia voting records, property values and property taxes.

Keep the Vision is presently trying halt the construction of billboards on the Southampton portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, is helping fight the many legal battles against billboard companies in Pennsylvania, and intends to introduce legislation that will curb billboard use.
