Tools for Citizen Action: Taking Responsibility for a
Better Philadelphia
Need to know who to call about unshoveled sidewalks or getting a street tree
trimmed? This resource guide provides a
comprehensive list of government agencies, representatives, and community
organizations to contact in regards to a
variety of quality of life issues.
This resource guide was created by volunteers of Greater Philadelphia Cares,
in collaboration with the Society Created to
Reduce Urban Blight (SCRUB), to encourage active citizen participation and to
improve the quality of life in the City of
Philadelphia. Ultimately, we hope to enable the citizens of Philadelphia to take
personal responsibility for enforcing quality
of life codes by providing you contact information for agencies and
organizations that can help.
