Code Violations
You can now report problems or violations to Licenses and Inspections by
going to the
Licenses and Inspections Online Service and Complaints System. It is
important to save your service request number as you can use it to track the
progress of your complaint at the L&I website.
The following phone numbers can also be used to
report problems or code violations to the City of Philadelphia. When you call,
you will need to be able to describe the problem as well as provide an address
for the location of the problem to be addressed.

helping clean up illegal or non-compliant auto scrap yards within the city.
